The Adelaide Film Festival (AFF) officially kicked off for 2020 on Wednesday the 14th of October, marking the first of 54 debut screenings of feature films, short films and documentaries from over 40 countries around the world. With 22 world premieres and 27 Australian premieres, this year’s festival is bound to be a thrilling event!
SAGA is a grassroots film festival that creates a platform for women and girls to tell their own stories and shape their own narratives. With women and girls behind the camera, SAGA is the state’s only women’s film festival.
Saturday February 9 marks the Fleurieu Film Festival awards night, recognising all the incredible entries and finalists! Coming from S.C. Pannell, McLaren Vale, guests will enjoy watching the 10 finalists’ short films over the course of the night, as well as live music, gourmet foods, wine, auctions and a door prize. Director of the Wilderness Society, Peter Owen will also speak.
