Thank you for supporting local TV! As you’re no doubt now aware, community TV has been saved from its June 30 switch-off with a three-year licence extension, keeping C44 and C31 Melbourne on free-to-air TV at least until June 2024.

Just seven days until it was set to disappear forever from Australian television, community TV has been granted three more years of free-to-air broadcasting after an amendment to broadcasting legislation passed in the Australian Senate and House of Representatives, cementing community broadcasting licences for C44 Adelaide and C31 Melbourne until 30 June 2024.
