The office was buzzing today with the news that our Transmitter Licence has been extended for a further two years. This extension will see Channel 44 remain on Free-to-Air until June 30, 2020.

Local MP Kate Ellis visited the office today to take a tour and meet the Friday team. Kate was very kind in offering her support for community TV and a broadcast licence extension. We would like to thank Kate for taking time out of her day to come and meet with us.

Fringe on 44 has been a great success. In fact, we got new followers every. day. On average, we reached 1,900 people per video. Our most popular video was the Randy and Chopper Interview in the Garden of Unearthly Delights. It was watched 23,153 times! In total, our videos were viewed more than 57,900 times, with more than 42,300minutes of content watched by our audience.

Earlier this week, we received a lovely letter from Kate Ellis supporting Channel 44 and what we do.
