As our coverage of the Bay to Birdwood’s 40th anniversary comes to a close, we would like to extend a big thank you to all those involved in the broadcast as well as all the viewers watching from home, interstate, or overseas.
It was an absolute pleasure to cover this beloved South Australian event in the largest livestream ever produced by Channel 44. Despite the limitations caused by social distancing, our presenters, commentators and special guests went above and beyond to make the Bay to Birdwood’s 40th anniversary a great success. A special thanks goes to Keith Conlon for hosting the event and interviewing many guest speakers.
If you missed the original broadcast, you can watch it on our Facebook Page. We’ll also be airing a re-edited version of the 2020 Bay to Birdwood. Make sure to tune in Channel 44 on Saturday the 3rd of October at 10am!
If you’re in Victoria, you can also watch the 2020 Bay to Birdwood broadcast on C31 Melbourne and Geelong on Saturday the 3rd of October at 10am.

First time in many years I wasn’t on field work for the #baytobirdwood rally and could take part in our Grandpa’s 1918 Dodge! 🚙 @BaytoBirdwood pic.twitter.com/9VyXX4hPXL
