SAGA: Adelaide International Women’s Film Festival is Back!

SAGA is a grassroots film festival that creates a platform for women and girls to tell their own stories and shape their own narratives. With women and girls behind the camera, SAGA is the state’s only women’s film festival.

Launching on Friday, August 23, with screenings on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25, SAGA invites you to submit your own short film. SAGA is accepting all film styles, so get in quick to see yours part of the event! Submissions close February 12.

SAGA is also now recruiting volunteers for the event, providing opportunities to learn more about film festivals, gender in film, social justice, social media, marketing, design, event management, logistics and much more. Apply here.
